About me
Hi, I’m Anna
Mum to two beautiful little dreamers.
I live on the southern coast of England with my husband, daughter and son, where we’re learning (sometimes the hard way!) that sleep is the foundation of everything — health, happiness, and connection.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and currently work part-time with the NHS, but it was motherhood that truly changed the course of my life.
When my daughter was born, sleep became a mystery I just couldn’t solve.
She started out as a peaceful newborn — only waking twice a night — but by six weeks, everything shifted.
She became restless, unsettled, and clearly uncomfortable.
I spent months searching for answers, grappling with guilt and exhaustion, convinced I was doing something wrong.
Eventually, we discovered she had a cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA).
Once her symptoms eased, her sleep began to improve — and for a brief moment, so did mine.
But as she grew, new challenges emerged.
We fell into a cycle of multiple night wakes, early mornings, and endless rocking or dummy replacing just to get a little rest.
I researched everything I could find — wake windows, sleep needs, routines — but the advice online was so contradictory, I ended up more confused than before.
I was utterly exhausted and emotionally drained.
To be the kind of parent I wanted to be, I needed help. Real, guided, compassionate help.
That’s when I reached out to a sleep consultant — and it changed everything.
Within a few nights, we experienced our first full night’s sleep since our daughter was born.
That transformation gave us back our evenings, our relationship, and our energy.
When my second child arrived, we faced a whole new set of challenges — a tongue tie, reflux, and feeding difficulties — and once again, sleep took a backseat.
But this time, I had the knowledge, perspective, and gentle tools to guide us through it.
Those deeply personal experiences inspired me to train and qualify as a Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant, specialising in supporting families navigating feeding issues, allergies, reflux, and sensitivities.
Now, I help parents who are walking the same path I once did — tired, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn — to find peace, confidence, and rest again.
